Michael Long

Michael Long currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Credit Risk Management at Arbor Realty Trust, a role held since November 2012, where responsibilities include managing reporting for a $43 billion commercial mortgage portfolio, overseeing executive presentations, CECL compliance, and conducting market exposure analyses. Prior experience encompasses positions at Arbor Realty Trust as Vice President and Assistant Vice President in Credit Risk Management, along with significant analytical roles at M&T Bank, where Michael managed a team providing support to the Customer Asset Management Division. Initial work experience includes a caddy position at the Country Club of Buffalo. Michael holds dual MBA degrees in Finance from the University at Buffalo and Buffalo State University, achieved between 2004 and 2006.
