Jeff leads the direction and development of the service offerings. He understands the complexities of the healthcare industry and has a strong, customer-focused attitude. These combined strengths deliver impactful results to the customers and support their long-term success.

Jeff has over 20 years of experience in delivering healthcare software and services. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions at several healthcare IT companies, where he built teams to provide implementation, support, and account management services.

Prior to ArborMetrix, Jeff was Vice President, Services at InVita Healthcare Technologies, where he streamlined workflows for implementations to reduce variability and increased first call resolution rates through knowledge transfer sessions. He approaches his work with an innovative outlook that has led to the development of new service offerings by utilizing untapped skill sets. He has also held management positions with NantHealth, and GE Healthcare, and was a biomedical engineer at a VA Medical Center. Jeff holds a B.S. in biomedical engineering from the University of Massachusetts.
