Katie Baus

Katie Baus has worked in various roles since 2008. Katie began their career at Epic as a Project Manager, where they acted as an implementation consultant, performed product demonstrations, and facilitated on-time and on-budget implementations. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as an Event Coordinator for the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin, where they coordinated annual educational conferences and worked with a Senior Graphic Designer to create and execute marketing plans. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Project Manager for American Family Insurance, where they served as a project leader, managed and coordinated project SMEs, and implemented tools and resources to help plan and manage projects. Finally, from 2015 to 2022, they worked as a Senior Advisor, Project Management at FarWell, where they oversaw project portfolios, coached client project management teams, and conducted vendor selection.

Katie Baus received their BBA from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business in 2007, majoring in Marketing, International Business, and German. Katie obtained their High School Diploma from Barrington in 2004. In 2019, they obtained a Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) certification from Scrum.org.
