Ravi Dugyala

Ravi Dugyala is an accomplished Toxicologist with extensive experience spanning over two decades in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Executive Director of Toxicology at Arbutus Biopharma Corporation since August 2019, Ravi has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Senior Director and Director of Toxicology. Previous experience includes significant positions at Novartis from January 2005 to July 2019, where responsibilities encompassed representing preclinical safety in global project teams, managing nonclinical safety strategy, and lifecycle management of mature products. Additional roles at NPS Pharmaceuticals, Schering-Plough Research Institute, Gene Logic, Inc., Pathology Associates International-Charles River Laboratories, and the University of Georgia contributed to a robust background in toxicological research and safety assessments. Ravi holds a PhD in Toxicology from Utah State University and an M.Sc. in Zoology from Kakatiya University.
