Pawel Polanowski

Pawel Polanowski, MBA, is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in supply chain management. Currently serving as Director of Procurement at Syensqo since 2024, Pawel previously held the same title at AgBiome from January 2022 to February 2024. Prior roles at BASF from January 2015 to December 2021 included Global Procurement Manager, Global Category Buyer, and Senior Supply Chain Analyst. Pawel's early career at Colgate Palmolive from May 2006 to January 2015 involved various positions such as Demand Planner and Continuous Improvement Coordinator. Additionally, Pawel gained experience as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Boston Scientific and as a Capital Project Management Intern at New York City Transit. Pawel holds an M.B.A. in Technology Management with a concentration in Project Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, both from Stevens Institute of Technology.
