Clare Casper

Clare Casper is a Junior Associate at Arc Aspicio, an information technology and management consulting company focused on homeland security and intelligence, since December 2022. Prior to this role, Clare served as a FEMA Program Specialist I at Michael Baker International from August 2021 to November 2022, where support was provided for the Federal Emergency Management Agency's Risk Mapping, Assessment and Planning contract, including assistance with the National Flood Insurance Program. Clare also worked as a Mapping Support Specialist for Marathon TS, performing similar duties under the same FEMA contract from July 2020 to August 2021. Clare began professional experience as an intern at Dawson & Associates in Washington, D.C., from September 2017 to July 2020, and worked at AMC Theaters as a crew member in the summer of 2017. Clare earned a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies with a minor in Geography from The George Washington University in 2020.
