Nirit Pilosof serves as the Head of Research in Healthcare Transformation at Sheba Tel HaShomer City of Health since September 2022. Pilosof is also a Faculty Member and Lecturer in the MBA in Health Systems Management at Tel Aviv University's Coller School of Management and holds positions as an Associate at Cambridge Judge Business School and a Consultant for Innovation in Healthcare Design at ARC Innovation at Sheba, both since 2021. Additionally, Pilosof contributes as an Executive Member of Israel in the UIA Public Health Group and previously worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Cambridge and as a Consultant for Healthcare Architecture Strategic Planning at the Ministry of Health Israel. Pilosof completed a PhD in Architecture at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where the dissertation focused on hospital design strategies, and has extensive experience in academia and architectural consultancy, including a principal role at Pilosof Architecture. Educational background includes degrees from the University of Cambridge, Technion, McGill University, and the University of Wales.
