Sarah (Hallahan) Logia has extensive work experience in the field of recruiting and talent acquisition. Sarah has held various managerial roles in top companies such as Arc Institute, Circana, Meta, Airbnb, and Adroll Group (now NextRoll, Inc.). Sarah'sresponsibilities have included leading recruiting teams, developing recruitment strategies, managing senior leadership positions, and reporting progress to key stakeholders. Sarah has also worked as a Technical Talent Sourcer at Workday and as a Recruiting Associate at LinkedIn. Additionally, they have gained experience in HR and marketing through internships at SAP, The Irish Georgian Society, and Wadell Media. Sarah's expertise lies in sourcing and engaging passive candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating recruitment processes.
Sarah (Hallahan) Logia, CPC, ELI-MP earned a B.A. in European Business with German from Dublin City University in 2012. Sarah also completed a Professional Practice Certificate in Training and Development from the Irish Institute of Training and Development in 2012. In 2010-2011, they studied International Business as part of an IPBS year abroad program at Reutlingen University. Sarah is currently pursuing a coaching certification from iPEC Coaching, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
