Jack Fredericks

Jack Fredericks has over 30 years of work experience in human resources and operations management. Jack served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Arc of Monroe County since 2012. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Little Falls Hospital from 2005 to 2012. From 1988 to 1999, they held the positions of Vice President of Human Resources and VP of Operations at FF Thompson Health System.

From 1970 to 1974, Jack Fredericks attended Valparaiso University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology.
