Leah Jordan has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Leah started their career as an Art Therapy Intern at Nazareth College Art Therapy Clinic in 2009. Leah then worked as an Art Therapy Intern in the HIV/AIDS services program at Catholic Charities Community Services from 2009 to 2010. In 2011, Leah joined LDA Life and Learning Services as a Community Integration Specialist before moving on to Goodwill of the Finger Lakes, where they worked as a Crisis Intervention Counselor from 2013 to 2018. In 2012, they joined Arc of Monroe County, where they held multiple positions, including Employment Specialist, Applied Behavior Specialist, Assistant Director, and ultimately became the Director of Operations and Development in 2017. During their time at Arc of Monroe County, Leah supervised teams, provided training and coaching, ensured program compliance, collaborated with various departments, and oversaw agency-wide success and growth. Overall, Leah's work experience showcases their skills in art therapy, crisis intervention, community integration, and disability services.

Leah Jordan holds a Master of Science degree from Nazareth University, completed in 2010. Leah also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY Brockport, completed in 2008. In addition to their educational background, Leah has obtained several certifications including Psychological First Aid Certification from the National Child Traumatic Stress Network in 2016, Certified POMS Interviewer from CQL | The Council on Quality and Leadership in 2015, Certified Information and Referral Specialist (CIRS) from AIRS (Alliance of Information and Referral Systems) in 2015, and Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) from LivingWorks Education in 2013.
