Tracy Petrichick

Tracy Petrichick has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the non-profit sector. Tracy began their career at EFP Group as a Senior Accountant in 1994 and worked there until 1997. Tracy then joined Heritage Christian Services as the Director of Financial Services, where they remained until 2005. In 2005, Tracy joined The Arc of Monroe as the CFO and later transitioned to the role of Chief Operating Officer from 2009 to 2013. Tracy then resumed their role as CFO until 2020, when they became the Interim CEO. Tracy currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of The Arc of Monroe since August 2021.

Tracy Petrichick attended Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology from 1989 to 1991, earning an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Accounting. From 1991 to 1993, Tracy continued their studies at the Rochester Institute of Technology, focusing on Accounting.
