Jimmy Curtin has over 18 years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities, currently serving as an Accounting Specialist II, Resident Benefit Specialist, and Director of Community Supports at Arc of Onondaga since February 2016. In this role, Jimmy implements the OPWDD Transformation Initiative and champions the Council on Quality and Leadership agenda. Previously, Jimmy held the position of Director of Disability Programming at Elmcrest, overseeing program supervisors and case managers to ensure high-quality service delivery. Additionally, Jimmy served as a Program Coordinator at Enable, managing a skill-based program for participants with developmental disabilities. Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Drama/Dance from SUNY Geneseo and a Master's degree in Social Policy from SUNY Empire State.
