Terry Harder

Terry Harder is an experienced professional in field operations within the energy sector, currently serving as the Manager of Field Operations at ARC Resources Ltd. since April 2021. Prior to this role, Terry held multiple positions at Seven Generations Energy Ltd., including Director of Field Operations and Production Operations Superintendent, demonstrating a strong leadership background. Terry's experience also includes a tenure as Operations Superintendent at Shell Canada and Shell, as well as Operations Supervisor and Production Technologist roles at Suncor Energy. Terry's academic background includes a degree in Petroleum Engineering Technology from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, completed between 1991 and 1993.
