Van Diep has over a decade of experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as a Senior Business Development Engineer at ARC Resources Ltd. since June 2013. Prior to this role, Van Diep was a Sr. Exploitation Engineer at Molopo Energy Limited from March 2012 to June 2013 and worked in a similar capacity at Compton Petroleum from October 2009 to February 2012. Van Diep started the career as an Exploitation Engineer at Taqa North, where employment spanned from 2003 to 2009.
