Oliver Howard

Oliver Howard is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the finance and ratings sectors. Currently serving as Group Chief Executive Officer at ARC Risk Group since April 2024 and Chief Executive Officer at ARC Ratings since February 2021, Oliver has previously held significant roles including Investment Director at Qbera Capital LLP and various leadership positions at Absa Group and Barclays. Oliver's comprehensive background includes expertise in debt finance across multiple regions, particularly Africa and India. Oliver holds a BA in English Language & Literature from King's College London, earned between 2000 and 2003.
