Dijinraj H is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leading software development projects across various organizations. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at ARC the Community since October 2021, Dijinraj is responsible for complete website development and the creation of an Ethereum-based custom NFT solution. Prior to this role, Dijinraj co-founded ShopWise, functioning as Chief Technology Officer, focused on building scalable systems and team management. Experience at Simplilearn includes serving as Tech Lead, where significant improvements were made in website performance through a major technology stack transition. Earlier roles include Senior Software Engineer positions at HomeLane and various software engineering roles at Blonkr and Fortunesoft IT Innovations. Dijinraj holds a BTech degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the College of Engineering Thalassery, completed in 2011.
