Jennifer Leire

Jennifer Leire has extensive experience in customer success and client engagement roles. Jennifer is currently the VP of Customer Success at Arc XP since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the VP of Customer Success at Vibes from February 2021 to June 2022. Jennifer also served as the VP of Client Engagement at Analytic Partners from October 2018 to December 2020, and as the VP of Customer Success at Marketing Evolution from May 2016 to September 2018. Before that, they were a Consulting Manager in the PMO department at Adobe from October 2014 to May 2016. In addition, Jennifer has held leadership positions at Crossix Solutions Inc. as the Head of Agency Business from December 2013 to October 2014, and at Dynamic Logic - Millward Brown's Digital Practice where they served as the SVP of Agency Group from July 2012 to November 2013, the SVP of Dynamic Logic West from January 2008 to June 2012, and in various other roles including Account Director, Director of Client Development, and Account Manager, starting from August 2002.
