Michal Benedykcinski

Michal Benedykcinski is a Senior Vice President of Research for the Arca Endeavor Fund. Michal guides sourcing, due diligence, and deal execution for Arca’s venture investments. In addition to his portfolio work with founders, Michal leads thematic research into web 3.0 infrastructure opportunities. Michal has over 10 years of experience in financial services, with previous roles in M&A advisory and private equity. Michal was Director of Business Development at Hedera Hashgraph, where he led the financial services vertical and oversaw partnerships with multinationals and startups building on top of the enterprise-grade public network. Michal began his career in London, focusing on M&A in infrastructure and telecom at Evercore and direct investing with 3i Group. Michal holds an MBA from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Arts in International Studies from The Lauder Institute at The University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University.
