Bret Leary

Bret Leary has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Bret started their career in 1994 as an Electronics Technician and Federal Law Enforcement Officer for the U.S. Coast Guard, participating in missions related to national defense, fishery patrols, drug interdiction, and search-and-rescue operations.

In 1999, Bret joined Diebold as an Inside Sales Representative, eventually progressing to roles such as Senior Sales Representative and Regional Sales Manager. Bret was responsible for selling and leasing integrated solutions, including security products, self-service solutions, and professional services.

From 2012 to 2018, Bret worked at ADP Dealer Services as an Account Development Executive. Bret provided integrated computing solutions to auto, truck, motorcycle, marine, recreational, and heavy equipment vehicle dealers.

Bret then joined NCR Corporation in 2012, initially as a Region Sales Director and later in roles such as Account Director and Services Sales Consultant. NCR specializes in ATM machines and banking technology, offering software solutions that enhance the customer banking experience.

In 2018, Bret joined FIS as a Business Development Executive, focusing on professional services.

Most recently, Bret joined ARCA in 2019 as an Area Sales Director, where they contributed to making cash management easier and improving automation in the financial industry. Bret subsequently served as VP of US Financial Sales and currently holds the position of VP of North America Sales.

Bret Leary earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Malone University in 2000, where they studied for an unspecified period of time. Bret then pursued further education at the University of Miami Herbert Business School, where they obtained their MBA in Management from 2004 to 2006.
