Wayne C. has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. WAYNE started at ARCA in 2009, where they had various roles such as Technical Services UK OEM Product Integration EMEA, Inventory Warehouse & Facilities Management UK. WAYNE'sresponsibilities included worldwide parts procurement, inventory management, EMEA market development, and progressive sales strategies. Wayne's ability to identify customer needs and develop processes to maximize efficiencies contributed to ARCA's success.

Before joining ARCA, Wayne worked at GC Shop & Bar Equipment as the Director of Operations from 2005 to 2009. WAYNE played a significant role in developing retail concepts, conditioning the market for new products, and building a nationwide sales team and service network.

Prior to that, Wayne served as a National Executive Council Member at Vintners' Federation of Ireland from 2003 to 2005.

Earlier in their career, Wayne was the General Manager at Capital Bars plc from 1998 to 2003. In this role, they managed Dublin's premier food, drink, and entertainment venues and was responsible for various tasks such as HR, P&L management, financial controls, revenue forecasting, and budget management.

Wayne C. has a diverse education history. WAYNE completed a Diploma in Legal Studies focused on Irish Law & Legal Systems at Dublin Institute of Technology. WAYNE also pursued a Diploma in Multimedia and Web Development at NFQ Ireland. Wayne C. further enhanced their education by obtaining an LLB Hons degree with a specialization in Law from Portobello College Dublin. Additionally, they gained expertise in Holacracy by achieving a CHP Holacracy Practitioner certification from Holacracy One.
