Jason Copley

Jason Copley has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jason most recently worked as the Director of Sales, Contract Manufacturing at Arcadia Beverage, LLC starting in 2020. Prior to that, they were with Rethink Brands from 2016 to 2020, where they held the positions of Director of Business Development and Regional Sales Manager. At Rethink Brands, they successfully established a nationwide distribution and retailer network, leading to growth into 15,000 retail locations and multiple industry awards.

Before their time at Rethink Brands, Jason worked at Howard Community College from 2012 to 2016 as the Associate Director of Development. In this role, they implemented a comprehensive fundraising program and managed the development team, resulting in annual revenue of over $1 million. Jason also played a key role in transitioning operations to a CRM database.

Jason's earlier experience includes working as the Director of Development at Capitol College from 2010 to 2012, where they were responsible for launching the college's national alumni association and leading a successful multi-channel fundraising effort. Jason tripled annual revenue and created new avenues for major gifts.

In 2005, Jason started their career at the American Cancer Society as a Senior Income Manager.
