Carole Masse

Carole Masse has extensive experience in brand, content, and creative roles. Carole is currently working as the Senior Director at Arcadia since May 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director at Arcadia from 2021 to 2023. Carole has worked at Alight Solutions as the Creative Director from 2017 to 2021, where they led a creative team and collaborated with marketing and other business areas. Before that, they were the Associate Creative Director at Aon from 2015 to 2017, leading a design team supporting Aon Hewitt solution marketing. Carole also worked at Anthem, Inc. as a Senior Designer from 2010 to 2015 and as a Marketing Team Lead for UniCare Life & Health Insurance Company from 2007 to 2010. Their earlier experience includes roles at Liska + Associates as a Senior Designer from 2004 to 2007, Gerhardt & Clemons as a Designer from 2001 to 2004, Cagney + McDowell as a Designer from 2000 to 2001, and Petrick Design as a Freelance Designer in 2000.

Carole Masse completed their Masters of Business in Marketing at Saint Xavier University in 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelors of Science in Graphic Design at Illinois State University.
