Kacey Carroll

Kacey Carroll is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and implementation management. Currently serving as Vice President of Implementation and Customer Success at Arcadia, Kacey has previously held the position of Executive Director of Customer Success and Director of Customer Success. At athenahealth, Kacey progressed through roles including Director of Professional Services for Population Health, Director of Small Group Implementation, and Senior Project Manager. Additionally, Kacey gained valuable experience as a Practice Administrator at Caritas Medical Group. Kacey holds a degree from Colorado State University, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
