Matt McWatters

Matt McWatters, MBA, is an accomplished business development professional with extensive experience in the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development for Strategic Accounts at Arcadia since October 2018, McWatters focuses on population health management solutions for healthcare enterprises transitioning to value-based care. Prior to Arcadia, McWatters held the position of Senior Business Development Manager at ITAC Solutions, where responsibilities involved recruiting and staffing solutions from March to October 2018. McWatters also led client services and served as Senior Account Executive at HCTec from July 2013 to February 2018, specializing in Healthcare IT solutions. Earlier career experience includes a business development role at Natchez Stone Company from 2007 to June 2013. McWatters holds a Master of Business Administration from Belmont University's Jack C. Massey College of Business and a degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
