Ellen Bock

Ellen Bock, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Ellen currently holds the position of VP Operations, Customer Experience at Arcadia since 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Member at Chief from June 2022 to May 2023. Ellen also worked at Sunnova Energy, where they held multiple roles including VP, Customer Care from March 2021 to 2022, Director, Product from 2017 to February 2021, and Portfolio Manager from 2016 to 2017. Before joining Sunnova Energy, they worked at NRG Energy in a variety of finance and operations roles from 2009 to 2016. Ellen began their career as a Financial Analyst at Burns Advisory Group from 2006 to 2008.
