Nikola Rajic

Nikola Rajic is currently the Serbian Software Hub Lead at Arcadis Gen, overseeing software development, resource allocation, and project delivery, while previously serving as a Senior Scrum Master and Scrum Master. As the Founder of Design Thinking Škola, Nikola promotes the use of design to unlock individual creativity. Previous roles include Scrum Master at LearnUpon and Agile Master/Design Thinking Coach at Bosch Srbija, where Nikola led teams in Agile methodologies and Design Thinking practices. Additional experience includes working as an Account Development Specialist at NCR Corporation and holding leadership positions in AIESEC Serbia, focusing on training and talent development. Nikola holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Belgrade and a certificate in Design Thinking from the Hasso Plattner Institute.
