Hans Dekker

Hans Dekker is an experienced executive in the construction and infrastructure sectors, currently serving as Chief Delivery Officer at Arcadis since May 2022, where Hans is also a member of the Supervisory Board for Arcadis Netherlands. Prior to this, Hans Dekker held the position of Group President Construction at Lendlease from April 2018 to April 2022 and spent over two decades at Fluor Corporation, concluding as Global President Infrastructure, while also chairing the Sustainability Committee. Hans Dekker's education includes an International Directors Programme at INSEAD in 2023, and an MSc in Systems & Control from Delft University of Technology, completed in 1992, after studying at Thunderbird School of Global Management in 1999.
