Heather Polinsky

Heather Polinsky, PMP, F. SAME, serves as the Global President for Resilience at Arcadis, leading a team of over 12,000 dedicated professionals to address challenges related to climate change, water security, and energy transition. With a robust background in federal client development and strategic initiatives, Polinsky has held various leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer, Director for the East Region, and Senior Vice President at Arcadis. Prior experience includes Project Manager at the US Army Environmental Command and a leadership position as President of the National Association of Ordnance and Explosives Waste Contractors. Polinsky holds a BS in Environmental Studies from William & Mary and an MS in Technology Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
