Jaap van Den Broek

Jaap van den Broek is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Senior Managing Counsel for Global Operations & IP at Arcadis since October 2024, Jaap previously held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Elekta from August 2021 to October 2024, providing comprehensive legal support for the brachytherapy business line, Nucletron B. V. Prior to Elekta, Jaap was a Senior Legal Counsel at Booking.com from April 2012 to November 2021, addressing a range of legal topics. Jaap's career began at Knijff Trademark Attorneys as a Trademark Attorney from 2001 to 2006, followed by a role as an IP Consultant at Zacco Netherlands from September 2006 to March 2012. Jaap holds a Master at Law degree from Leiden University, obtained between 1991 and 2000, and completed education at Willem de Zwijger College from 1985 to 1991.
