Paul Conder

Paul Conder is a seasoned professional in experience design, currently serving as Principal and Experience Design Services Lead at Arcadis since May 2023, where leadership focuses on creating engaging environments for retail, hospitality, and mobility sectors. Prior to this, Paul held multiple roles at CallisonRTKL, including Principal, Global CX Innovation Services Lead, and VP & Global Services Lead for Customer Experience. With a robust background in consultancy, Paul has also worked as a Principal Consultant at Lenati, and as a partner at Waddell and Conder / Paul Conder Design Inc. Notable past positions include VP Design Strategy at 3 Dimensional Services and teaching roles at Simon Fraser University and Emily Carr Institute. Paul's design expertise is highlighted by founding Microsphere Systems, specializing in computer workstations, and receiving accolades such as the Best of Neocon Gold and Most Innovative Product awards. Paul obtained a Bachelor of Industrial Design with honors from Carleton University.
