Tariq Hayat

Tariq Hayat has extensive work experience, starting in 1996 with Legend Advertising, Promotion, & Public Relations, where they worked as Planning Productivity & Quality Manager until 1999. Tariq then moved on to the General Organization of Youth & Sports, where they served as PR Manager from 1999 to 2002. In 2003, Tariq joined Investors Bank & Trust as the Head of IT for a short period before transitioning to Arcapita Bank B.S.C.(c) as a Principal, where they stayed until 2013. Tariq then joined Alkhabeer Capital as the Chief Corporate Communications & Administration Officer until 2017. Currently, they are the Director and Head of Corporate Management at Arcapita Group, responsible for overseeing various departments such as Information Technology, Administration, and Public Relations.

Tariq Hayat completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Information System at the University of Bahrain from 1995 to 2001. Tariq further pursued higher education and obtained an MBA degree from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, United Kingdom from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their academic qualifications, Tariq Hayat obtained a certification in "Leadership in Digital World" from Cass Business School in November 2019.
