Amy Douglas

Amy Douglas has had a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Amy most recently worked at ArcBest as a Lead Corporate Recruiter starting in 2021. Prior to that, they held positions at OK Foods Inc., where they served as a Human Resource Services Manager from 2015 to 2021 and as a Talent Acquisition Manager from 2013 to 2015. Before their time at OK Foods Inc., Amy worked as a Recruiting Specialist at Golden Living from 2010 to 2013. Amy also has experience at USA Truck, Inc., where they held various roles in Account Management, Intermodal Operations, and Business Development from 2004 to 2010. Amy began their career at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. as a Customer Service Representative from 2002 to 2004.

Amy Douglas attended the University of Arkansas from 2001 to 2004, where they studied Marketing Management. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration at the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith from 1998 to 2001. In 2013, Amy earned several certifications in recruitment and sourcing from AIRS powered by ADP, including the Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR), Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter (CSSR), and Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC).
