Amy also has experience at USA Truck, Inc., where they held various roles in Account Management, Intermodal Operations, and Business Development from 2004 to 2010. Amy began their career at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. as a Customer Service Representative from 2002 to 2004.
Amy Douglas attended the University of Arkansas from 2001 to 2004, where they studied Marketing Management. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration at the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith from 1998 to 2001. In 2013, Amy earned several certifications in recruitment and sourcing from AIRS powered by ADP, including the Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR), Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter (CSSR), and Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC).
