Chrissy Guerra

Chrissy Guerra, MBA, CTL has a diverse work experience in the logistics industry. Chrissy is currently working as the Director of International Sales at ArcBest since December 2020. Prior to this, they worked at ArcBest as an Account Manager from June 2016 to December 2020.

Before joining ArcBest, Chrissy worked as a Solutions Specialist at Old Dominion Freight Line from May 2014 to February 2015. Chrissy also worked as an Account Manager at R+L Carriers from April 2012 to June 2013. In addition, they served as the Associate Director of Business Development at Compass Forwarding Co., Inc. from March 2010 to April 2012.

Earlier in their career, Chrissy worked at NYK Line as an Import Team Leader from June 2008 to March 2009. Chrissy also founded their own logistics consulting company, Indami Minerals, LLC., in May 2008, where they served as the CEO/President/Founder until 2009.

Before that, they held various roles at Enchanté Accessories, including Freight Forwarding Manager from September 2006 to December 2008 and Import Manager from September 2004 to September 2007.

In 2018, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at American Military University, specializing in Global Business - Transportation and Logistics Management. Recently, in 2027, they achieved their Doctor of Business Administration degree from Liberty University, specializing in Supply Chain Management and Logistics. Chrissy has also received several certifications, including the Aspiring Leaders and Leadership Series from ArcBest, and memberships in prestigious organizations such as the Golden Key International Honour Society, Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business, Mu Kappa Tau Marketing Honor Society, and Sigma Beta Delta Honor Society. In 2003, they earned a NYU Law Certificate from New York University School of Law.
