Iker Alzaga Luis

Iker Alzaga Luis is an experienced industrial engineer with a strong background in steel and manufacturing processes. Since August 2021, Iker has served as the Steel Plant Manager at ArcelorMittal Sestao. Prior to this position, Iker worked at NERVACERO from May 2014 to August 2021 as the Responsable de Colada Continua and had earlier roles including Rods Supervisor at Tenneco, and Responsable de miniCompañia de Corte at IZAR CUTTING TOOLS. Iker also held the role of Ingeniero de gestión y mejora continua at NERVACERO, focusing on productivity indicators and reports, and served as Ingeniero de Procesos at Alstom Power, implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Iker holds a degree in Industrial Electronic Engineering from the Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea.
