Jefferson De Paula has extensive experience in the steel industry, holding various leadership positions at ArcelorMittal Brasil and ArcelorMittal Aços Longos LATAM e Mineração Brasil. Jefferson has also served as Chairman of Belgo Bekaert Company and as a member of various boards and associations related to the steel industry. With a background in Metallurgical Engineering, Jefferson has also completed executive training programs at prestigious institutions.
