Wim Le Noir has extensive experience in technology management, currently serving as Manager of Technology Transformation at ArcelorMittal since November 2009, where prior roles included Manager of IT Infrastructure and Enterprise Infrastructure Architect. Previously, Wim Le Noir worked at Arcel from September 1989 to February 2007, holding positions such as Manager of Windows Infrastructure for the North Region. Wim Le Noir holds a Post-education degree in IT Management with a focus on Information Technology and People Management from Vlerick Business School and a Master's degree in Nuclear Energy and Electronics from IHRH.
