James Cicalo has a diverse work experience spanning a range of roles in the financial industry. James began their career at Lehman Brothers as a Global Tax Department Intern in 2008. James then had internships at Credit Suisse in the Alternative Investment Finance Group in 2009 and the Venture Capital Group in 2010. In 2011, they participated in a rotational analyst program at Credit Suisse, gaining exposure to various middle/back office groups and developing a strong understanding of operations and investment strategies. James continued their journey at Credit Suisse as a Data Management Projects & Operations Analyst from 2012 to 2014, where they focused on data management and proposed innovative solutions to reduce costs and operational risk. From 2014 to 2016, they took on the role of Assistant Vice President in the Private Banking & Wealth Management division, driving process and platform strategy and advising senior management on regulatory initiatives. Since 2016, they have been at Arcesium, where they have held different positions, including Associate in Services from 2016 to 2017, and currently serves as the Vice President of Client & Partner Development, overseeing partnerships, alliances, and vendor relationships.
James Cicalo attended Boston University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Finance and Law. James studied at the Questrom School of Business during their time at Boston University.
