Jason Paul

Jason is the head of Arch Asset Management, a subsidiary of Arch Companies focused on asset management activities for Arch Companies and third-party real estate owners. He is actively involved in the development of each asset’s business plan and responsible for its execution post-closing. Jason’s expertise in real estate operations is instrumental to operational due diligence and profit realization. His team oversees all property level management and budgeting, as well as coordination with all internal and external marketing, construction and development professionals engaged on each deal.

Prior to Arch Asset Management, Jason was a partner at Sugar Hill Capital Partners, held a senior property management role at G-Way Management, LLC where he specialized on multi-family and mixed-use residential properties, and had over ten years of experience with a family real estate company. Jason holds a B.S. in Psychology from Hunter College of The City University of New York.
