Luay Almnini

Luay Almnini is a seasoned project manager and structural engineer with extensive experience in civil engineering. Currently serving as Project Manager at Arch Engineers since June 2023, Luay previously held significant roles at Rice Perry Ellis Consultants, overseeing structural engineering projects and managing junior staff while achieving substantial cost and time savings. Experience includes roles as Assistant Project Manager at Naresco Contracting LLC, where Luay supervised large teams to exceed project deadlines and reduce costs, and as Project Engineer and Structural Design Engineer at various firms, contributing to successful project executions and technical documentation. Luay holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from The University of British Columbia and additional degrees in Structural and Civil Engineering from Damascus University.
