Dana Silverman

Dana Silverman has extensive experience in client services and product management, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Client Services at Arch RoamRight since June 2012, where previous roles included Director of Client Services and Customer Service Manager. Prior to this, Dana worked at UnitedHealthcare Global from June 1999 to June 2012 as Manager of Product Specialists, overseeing a team responsible for selling insurance to international travelers and maintaining client relationships. Dana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from James Madison University, earned in 1999.
