Óscar Javier Ornelas Chávez has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as a Technical Support Agent at Teleperformance. In this role, they provided technical support to customers, troubleshooted cable signal issues, and offered sales of service upgrades.

In 2013, they took on a seasonal job at Club Med as a Gracious Organizer, where they were part of the animation team for kids of various nationalities and assisted parents with resort activities.

In 2018, Óscar worked as an Unmanned Airship R&D intern at Mitacs Globalink. Their contribution to the project was research for creating a user-friendly interface to replace a commercial remote controller device.

In 2019, they interned as a Project Transfers Intern at Airbus Helicopters, gaining experience in project management and coordination.

From 2020 to 2020, Óscar worked as a Drone Pilot at Semillas Iyadilpro, where they conducted drone missions for vegetation health monitoring, mosquito control, filming, and other business opportunities. Óscar Javier also standardized operational procedures for safety and maintenance.

From 2021 to 2023, they worked at Skycatch as a Technical Customer Support Specialist. In this role, Óscar managed the continuous improvement of IT office infrastructure and processes, promoted a collaboration mindset, and ensured customer satisfaction.

Currently, Óscar is a Support Engineer at Arch Systems, starting in 2023.

Óscar Javier Ornelas Chávez obtained a Bs.Eng in Aeronautical Manufacturing from Universidad Aeronáutica en Querétaro from 2015-2019. In 2018, they also worked as a Research Intern in the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Ottawa. Additionally, they have certifications in Deutsch als fremdsprache (Goethe-Zertifikat) A1, Diplom B1 and TOEFL iBT 99/120.
