Seth Pearce

Seth Pearce is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in revenue accounting and financial management. Currently serving as the Revenue Accounting Manager at Archaea Energy since March 2023, Seth previously held various roles at Devon Energy from June 2012 to March 2023, including Lead Revenue Accountant and Revenue Accountant with responsibilities for processing oil and gas proceeds, maintaining ad valorem payment accounts, and participating in metric evaluations for operational efficiencies. Prior to that, Seth gained supervisory and accounting experience at Unimark, LLC, where effective team leadership and financial entries were essential. Seth's career began at Best Buy, focusing on inventory audits and loss prevention. Seth holds an MBA in Accounting from Oklahoma Christian University and a BS in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
