Onish Sutradhar has gained significant work experience in various roles. They started their career in 2016 as a Volunteer at World Challenge. In 2019, Onish joined Team Bath Drones Marine as Deputy Project Manager. They then transitioned to Team Bath Racing Electric in 2020, initially working as an AI Engineer. Onish quickly progressed to become the Head of Software, where they led six teams in developing an autonomous pipeline for the TBReAI22 vehicle. They also provided lectures and workshops to enhance student understanding. Following this, Onish took on the role of TBReAI GBDP Project Manager, overseeing the design and implementation of the braking system, steering system, and AI pipeline for the 2021 TBRe vehicle. In 2021, Onish further advanced their career by becoming the Head of Software & Simulation, where they managed software sub-teams, integrated testing systems, and oversaw third-year teams working on autonomous pipeline development. Afterward, Onish joined Archangel Imaging in 2022 as a Software Engineer.
Onish Sutradhar completed their education in a chronological order. From 2010 to 2015, they attended Cranbrook College. They then attended St. Olave's Grammar School from 2015 to 2017, although no specific degree or field of study is provided for these two schools.
Later, from 2018 to 2022, Onish pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Bath.
In addition to their formal education, Onish obtained several certifications. They completed the "Introduction to Computer Science and Programming Using Python" course from edX in October 2020. They also completed two C++ courses, namely "C++ Essential Training" and "Learning C++," through LinkedIn in September and August 2021, respectively. The institutions providing these certifications were edX and LinkedIn, respectively.
