Diana Bushard

Diana Bushard has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Diana is currently working as the General Counsel at Archblock since 2022. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Bloom Protocol from 2018 to 2022, including Chief Legal Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Board Member and Advisor. At Bloom Protocol, their responsibilities included legal department oversight, compliance management, corporate governance, IP portfolio management, commercial support, and human resources oversight.

Before joining Bloom Protocol, Diana co-founded and served as a Partner at Second Counsel Services from 2017 to 2019. Diana provided consulting counsel services to early and mid-stage clients, focusing on corporate transactions, financial services, and compliance. One of their notable clients was Bloom Protocol, where they assisted with the development of commercial agreements, compliance programs, benefits programs, and human resources oversight.

Prior to that, Diana worked as the Sr. Director of Corporate & Finance Counsel at Brightstar Corp. from 2014 to 2017. Diana also served as the Vice President of Sr. Counsel in the Business Development Group and Corporate Finance Team at CA Technologies from 2009 to 2014. Before joining CA Technologies, they worked as Counsel in the Corporate and Financial Services division at Axiom Legal from 2006 to 2009.

Diana's earlier work experience includes various roles in the legal field, starting from 1998 in law firms, and they also have prior business experience at Diversified Development Services from 1996 to 2000.

Diana Bushard has a diverse education history. Diana first attended the University of California, Davis from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Studies, with a minor in Rhetoric. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law from 1995 to 1997, earning a Doctor of Law (JD) degree specialized in Business/International Law. Later on, from 2013 to 2016, they attended the University of California, Berkeley, where they completed a Certificate in Finance.
