Maciej Gołaszewski

Maciej Gołaszewski has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Maciej is currently working as a Team Lead at Archblock since September 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Team Lead at TrustToken from January 2022, where they also served as a Senior Software Engineer from October to December 2021. Maciej worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Ethworks from January to December 2021, specializing in Substrate blockchain-based web applications and React front-end applications in TypeScript. Maciej mentored other team members during this time.

In their previous roles at CKSource, Maciej assumed various positions, including Technical Lead from September to December 2020, JavaScript Senior Software Developer from October 2017 to August 2020, Node.js Software Developer from March 2016 to September 2017, and JavaScript Software Developer from July 2013 to February 2016. As Technical Lead, they translated architecture and requirements into software design, designed system software architecture, and led software design implementation. In other roles, they developed editor software features, wrote technical documentation and guides, researched and developed real-time collaboration back-end architecture, and optimized software performance.

Early in their career, Maciej worked as an Editor at Wydawnictwo AVT from August 2008 to December 2010. Maciej wrote technical articles and educational series about electronics, automation, and embedded software. Maciej also translated technical articles from English.
