Julia Cabot

Julia Cabot serves as the Director of People Analytics and HR Operations at ArchCare. Previously, Julia held the position of Compensation Manager at Physician Affiliate Group of New York, P.C. (PAGNY) and worked as People Systems Manager for North America at Soho House & Co. Additional experience includes roles as Sr. Analyst and Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, as well as Talent Acquisition Assistant at Havas Media Group. Julia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University, graduating in 2012.
