Paul L. Robert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal and compliance roles. Currently serving as a Permanent Deacon for the Archdiocese of Hartford since June 2016, Paul is also a Contract & Compliance Consultant and Expert Witness with an independent practice since March 2014. Past roles include consulting at LRN and various positions at United Technologies Corporation from 1987 to 2014, where Paul held titles such as Associate General Counsel and Director of Contracts & Compliance. Earlier experience includes serving as Director for the National Contract Management Association and Principal Assistant Counsel for the US Navy. Educational qualifications include a JD from Fordham University School of Law, a Certificate in Religious Studies from St. Thomas Seminary, and participation in the Senior Executive Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, alongside an A.B. cum laude in English and Economics from the College of the Holy Cross.
