Senior Director Human Resources at Archdiocese of Miami

Lisa Pinto, SPHR has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries and roles. Lisa began their career as a Bilingual Community Social Worker at St. Joseph's Center, where they provided social work services within the community. Lisa then transitioned to an Instructor position at Chaminade College Preparatory, where they taught various subjects and was actively involved in developing the school's mission.

In 1987, Lisa joined UniTron Graphics, Inc. as a Manager, Typesetting Systems, where they managed typesetting operations for the company. Following this, they worked at Living Bridges as an Educational Program Coordinator, Grant Writer, and Media Outreach specialist. In this role, they designed and coordinated educational programs, planned cultural camps, and obtained grants for the non-profit organization.

Lisa later joined The Palm Beach Post as an Organizational Development Manager, where they partnered with leaders to create high-performance organizational structures and led process improvement teams. Additionally, they designed training programs and toolkits on various thinking methodologies and developed the company's performance review system.

Currently, Lisa is serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Archdiocese of Miami, where they are responsible for overseeing the human resources function.

Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated their strong abilities in program coordination, grant writing, staff training, and organizational development.

Lisa Pinto, SPHR completed their undergraduate education from 1977 to 1981 at Saint Joseph's University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish. In 1980, they also obtained a certificate in Latin American Studies from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
