Matthew Boswell

Matthew Boswell has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Matthew began their career as a Senior HR Rep at Ernst Home & Nursery in 1989. After that, they worked as a Human Resources Representative and Senior Labor Relations Generalist at Ernst Home Centers, Inc, where they played a key role in implementing an Alternative Dispute Resolution program. In 1996, they joined Seattle Children's Home, Inc as a Director of Human Resources and Co-Interim Executive Director, where they contributed to the management and strategic direction of the organization. In 2008, they briefly worked as a Corporate Recruiter at The Hacker Group before joining the Archdiocese of Seattle in 2009 as an Assistant Director of Human Resources, where they focused on policy development and compliance.

Matthew Boswell earned their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Seattle University, where they studied from 1985 to 1987. Prior to that, they completed an AA degree in General Studies at North Seattle College between 1983 and 1985. Additionally, in January 2015, Boswell obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
