Aleksandra Ogonowska

Aleksandra Ogonowska is a recruitment specialist currently employed at ARCHE Consulting since June 2023. Previously, Aleksandra worked at Akademia Śląska from March 2021 to May 2023 as a recruitment specialist and career office advisor. Earlier experience includes a position as a bookseller at Świat Książki Sp. z o.o. from March 2019 to March 2021 and customer service at Cinema City Poland from September 2015 to January 2020. Aleksandra holds two master's degrees: one in Management with a specialization in Human Capital Management from Akademia Wychowania Fizycznego w Katowicach (2018-2020) and another in Political Science with a focus on Public Administration from the University of Silesia in Katowice (2017-2019), in addition to a bachelor's degree in Political and Public Consultancy from the same university (2014-2017).
